Stratton Inspections, LLC is a home inspection company that began in Clemmons, NC. Over the first few years of success, we expanded throughout the Triad area and now service Charlotte, NC as well with a dedicated team in each region.

Our Team

Logan has been in the construction industry his whole life. From family projects to being a laborer on construction sites, he’s worked in every aspect of construction including electrical, masonry, roofing, and HVAC. He’s made it a personal goal to be a jack of all trades, and feels working at Stratton Inspections has brought him exactly where he needs to be.

What Logan finds most rewarding about his work is helping families during what is sometimes one of the most stressful times of their lives. Preventing accidents and life-threatening issues makes the work meaningful.

Logan also loves the outdoors and camping, which is something he enjoys doing with his wife of 3 years.

John Dunlap, Home Inspector for Clemmons, NC

With 40+ years of construction experience, John has accrued an NC contractor license, an NC home inspector license, restoration certifications for fire and smoke damage, as well as mold remediation.

This knowledge and dedication to the industry plays vitally into the thorough inspections we are known for.

John considers his greatest accomplishment his 35 years of marriage and two wonderful children. John also enjoys motorcycles, saying, “Four wheels move the body; two wheels move the soul.”
